Any individual who has formerly represented an active city

through its State. | $375.00 |

Subscriber Members
An additional department within an existing NCDA
member community. | $375.00 |

Student Members
Any individual enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate
program focused on community development, planning,
public administration, or closely related field. | $50.00 |
Entitlement Members
Cities and counties which receive a direct annual CDBG
or HOME formula allocation grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. | |
