Hi Jim,
I have worked with Habitat and HOME funds for over 10 years. We have built a great partnership with them. Using HOME funds for land acquisition and hard construction expenses. Our Habitat affiliate here completes homes in a timely manner and spends funding in a timely manner; just a great partner in affordable housing development.
