Has anyone used HOME funds in conjunction with Habitat for Humanity. We are thinking of purchasing a piece of land with HOME funds, then allowing HFH to build affordable housing on the lot. Is this possible? What are the pitfalls? Has anyone worked with HFH in another capacity? |
