Hi folks, We are establishing a Microbusiness Grant assistance program using the Urgent Need National Objective for our 2nd round of CV funding. I am looking for some examples of other communities that may be using Urgent Need, and how they are proving no other funding was available for eligibility in the application process. I have good examples of duplication, but I haven't seen any examples of this portion of the eligibility for this National Objective used yet. Any resources, or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
