I recently had this conversation with our HUD Rep, as we were looking to use free/reduced lunches as LMI documentation to cover school data access fees for distance learning. Our Reps guidance was while some other funding sources do allow this, CDBG does not. You can have them complete a self-cert form, but come January you will still need to double back and collect documentation. If anyone has heard otherwise I'd love to know! |
