Hi Abigail! Would you mind sharing any Guidance received? We are in the same situation, with our Shut Off notices going out beginning Nov 1. Given the eligible uses confusion by Dir. Kome back in August/Sept (Kome said using CDBG-CV funds to pay City owned utilities was an ineligible use, then retracted it in a later webinar and confirmed it is eligible) our HUD Rep has been radio silence on Guidance regarding this. |
