We are creating a Small Business Grant Program with our third tranche of CDBG-CV funding to preserve low-income jobs. Our review committee feels strongly that non-profits should be able to apply as the have too suffered from the economic impacts of the pandemic and employee low-moderate income people. I was unable to get a straight answer from HUD as to whether this would be eligible. Has anyone funded a non-profit for job retention before?? Thank you!! |
