REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: Anaheim Housing Authority
Anaheim Housing Authority (located in Anaheim, California) is soliciting competitive proposals for consultant services for a multi-year term in conformance with the Federal regulations at 24 CFR 85. Services will be compensated on a cost reimbursement basis.
- Consultant services are being solicited for the following tasks:
- Preparing the Public Housing Agency Plan
- Preparing an updated Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Action Plan
- Preparing an updated Administrative Plan
- Preparing Section 8 Management Assessment Program (SEMAQ) auditing tools
- Preparing Tenant Integrity Plan
- Updating staff on Section 8 Program changes
- Providing technical support to line staff in the implementation of the Section 8 Program, as needed
