• Support a minimum of $3.3 billion in formula funding for the Community Development Block Grant.
• Support a minimum of $1.2 billion in formula funding for the HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program.
• Support a minimum of $500 million in Section 108 loan guarantees and oppose a fee on borrowers to pay for the Section 108 loan guarantee subsidy.
• Support a minimum of $2.1 billion for HUD’s homeless assistance grants, including at least $250 million for the Emergency Solutions Grant program.
• Support funding of the National Housing Trust Fund and support a direct allocation to local governments once the Funds reaches $1 billion.
