REGISTRATION

Registration Fee Schedule

After you hit the Submit Registration button below you will be given the option of paying your registration fee by credit card or downloading an electronic invoice to pay by check. Make checks payable to NCDA. Each registrant must pay in full prior to the conference. No one will be admitted into the conference without full payment of the registration fees.

Early Registration (register by April 1)
Members: $450
Non-Members: $550

Payment Deadline: June 13, 2017; Payment received after this date will incur a $50 late fee.

General Registration (April 2 - June 3)
Members: $550
Non-Members: $650

Payment Deadline: June 13, 2017; Payment received after this date will incur a $50 late fee.

Late Registration (registrations received after June 3)
Members: $700
Non-Members: $800

Substitution Policy

If you have registered and are no longer able to attend, you may substitute another individual at no additional charge by e-mailing sgartrell@ncdaonline.org.

Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made after June 1, 2017 and those who've registered but do not attend, will be charged a $100 fee. Cancellations must be made via e-mail to sgartrell@ncdaonline.org.

Hotel Accommodations

The conference will be held at the HYATT REGENCY MIAMI, 400 S.E. Second Avenue, Miami, FL 33131. NCDA has reserved a block of rooms at the rate of $119.00 at the Hyatt Regency Miami, where the conference will be held. The hotel will hold this block exclusively for conference registrants through 15 May 2017. Reservations received after this date will be based on room availability at the best available rate offered by the hotel. Please book early!

NOTE: The Conference Hotel, the Hyatt, is totally sold out on 13 June. There are rooms available on all the other nights. You will have to call the hotel, at 888-421-1442 and reference the NCDA Room Block to receive the special rate of $119.00 per night plus tax to reserve those other nights.

Other nearby hotels include the Courtyard by Marriot, JW. Marriot and JW Marriot Marquis, all within walking distance of the Hyatt and you may be able to get the government rate at them.
